I cannot thank my ophthalmologist enough for the care and expertise she provided. She successfully diagnosed and treated the cause of my double vision, which was having a huge impact on my daily life. She was very thorough in her approach and wasn’t afraid to push for further investigation when she felt it was needed. Her recommendation for an additional MRI ultimately led to further imaging being arranged through my consultant, giving me reassurance that everything was being properly explored. I greatly appreciated her professionalism, attention to detail and commitment to ensuring I received the most appropriate care. I am very grateful for her help and would not hesitate to recommend her.

Presented with severe dry eye and potential conjunctivitis which had been occurring for the past two weeks. Miss Mall was very attentive, she listened to my symptoms, the issues I had and the previous history before diagnosing and providing solutions for the issues.

I have had various comments about cataract surgery from friends and relatives, so I knew roughly what to expect However I was fortunate enough to choose Dr Mall from the options available and have just been examined by her post operatively following surgery on my left eye the right one having been done some weeks ago. It is difficult to express how pleased I am already and what a massive difference there is to my vision! I cannot praise Dr Mall highly enough in all respects. She radiates competence and her manner was always delightful. I can recommend her with total confidence.

I was concerned about frequent changes to my prescription and finally persuaded my optician to give me a letter of referral. I chose Miss Mall from a list of consultants based on her feedback and skillset. She diagnosed early glaucoma and blepheritis which my optician had missed. She organised some other tests to check my eye health and make sure there was no serious damage to the optic nerves. With just a single eye drop at bedtime, my eye health and vision are good, the glaucoma is arrested / under control as evidenced in follow up checks with no serious issues with my vision. I cannot recommend Sonia highly enough. She is very personable and highly professional and I have every confidence in her.

I highly recommend Dr. Sonia Mall. I have glaucoma, severe dry eyes, and recently developed PCO in both eyes. Dr. Mall has been extremely professional, friendly, and understanding throughout my visits. She listens carefully, quickly understands the problem, and explains everything clearly. She prescribed an eye gel for my severe dry eyes, and it worked very well for me. I have seen her twice, and both times I came away with a much better understanding of my eye conditions. Her care, knowledge, and reassuring manner made a big difference to me. I am very grateful for her help and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent ophthalmologist.

Nuffield offers disabled parking close to the entrance, reception staff always helpful,. Miss Mall always explains planned procedures and answers any question I may have. Scans and procedures carried out efficiently and comfortably Very accessible in the event of any queries.
